Client: Grace Connection Churches
Project: I redesigned a promotional email and supporting social assets to increase sign ups for a church retreat.
Approach: The original design lacked clear structure and felt text-heavy, making it difficult to quickly understand the value of the event. I restructured the content around a user journey - from curiosity, to trust, to action- and introduced stronger visual hierarchy, clearer calls to action, and more impactful social proof.
Outcome: The final design is a cohesive campaign that balances emotional storytelling with practical information, helping users quickly understand the offer and take action.
Print assets: I designed supporting printed literature to provide clear, accessible information in physical settings. This included the use of QR codes for seamless digital access, as well as incorporating a friendly, recognisable contact to make the experience feel more personal and approachable.
Additional content: I created short-form video content focused on quick engagement and storytelling. These reels were designed to capture attention in the first few seconds while reinforcing key messages and maintaining visual consistency across the wider campaign.
